Tom Araya is a Chilean-American musician with a net worth of $14 million dollars. Produced in 1961 in Vina del Mar, Chile, Tom Araya started playing bass guitar when he was eight years of age. Eight years and his older brother would normally play music together with Tom about the bass guitar and Cisco on the guitars. During the 1980s, Araya became a certified respiratory therapist and shortly after joined Slayer. His tune “Eyes of the Insane” won a Grammy Award. Slayer has sold over three million copies of their ten studio albums by 2009.
