She received a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics as well as a modeling contract with Elite Models and a trend editorial and cover for Seventeen magazine. English became the very first natural blond to win America’s Next Top Model as well as the next winner from North Dakota (Nicole Linkletter). Before appearing on the show she was employed as a photographer and was an actress in the sketch comedy group The 4th Choice. In 2009 she hosted the TV series Pretty Wicked.
